Cancellation Policy

Krisn Kalyani believes in helping its customers as far as possible and also intends to protect the interests of our valuable artisans. It is dedicated to achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction, therefore has a very liberal policy for cancellation.

  • In case you change your mind, you can cancel the order but please do so before it is shipped. Entire amount will be refunded to your source account. Once the item is dispatched, either you can refuse the delivery or you can arrange back to send the items. The shipping charges for to and fro will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Every handloom saree and handicrafts at Krisn Kalyani is designed by our team of designers in collaboration with the artisans. These are unique and undisputedly exclusive of Krisn Kalyani.

  • Returns can be requested within 48hrs from the date of delivery. Link to return is
  • Orders only with proper packaging and tags will be entertained for a return. We would appreciate if you could return the product in the original packaging. This will help us to expedite the returns process and ensure a safe transit.
  • If customizations like free fall and pico are chosen, then no return, no exchange and no refund requests will be accepted, because we cannot deliver such customised products to other customers who might suspect wardrobing.
  • To maintain a fair stance to our artists, weavers and other artisans and protect their interests, products tagged as Final Sale will not be entertained for return requests. Products of these kind will be clearly tagged.
  • We do not accept the returns during Promotion and Sale.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package and mail us at  help@krisnkalyani.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued subject to stock availability with no additional cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case you chose to return.
  • All other handloom items that are not tagged Final Sale, you can raise the return request from the link given above or from your account. After our approval, either we will arrange for the pickup or you will have to send it back to us. After receipt of the parcel, we will check for the product integrity and quality intactness. After thorough verification, refunds will be issued.
  • We advise our customers to avoid wardrobing which means buying something with the intention of wearing it once before returning it. We request our Customers to not encourage these kinds of activities as every product from Krisn Kalyani is pampered for that special occasion and for that special person for a special moment. Every product sold from Krisn Kalyani carries the soul of Krisn Kalyani. And so if any product is suspected for wardrobing, we will reject the request for return, exchange and refund. We give extra ordinary weightage to our customers and integrity of the products that are delivered to them cannot be compromised at any cost.
