Returns

We follow a 10 days return policy. Return requests placed 10 days after the purchase was made are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Items unused and returned in the same condition as you received it are considered eligible for returns.
For return, you will need to send a video of the original product to info@asiaonlineshopping.com  for display the actual issue in the product.
You are also required to send it with original packaging and the invoice or proof of purchase.

For a successful return, we need a receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you are requested to recheck your bank or credit card statement.

Refunded money might take sometime to show in your bank account. If the refund still doesn't show, you are requested to contact your bank or credit card company.

Sale items

Cancellation/returns/refunds are not applicable on sale items.

Exchanges

Exchange of items or replacements will only be entertained on defective or damaged items. For such exchanges, you can write us an email to contact@asiaonlineshopping.com

How Can I Cancel The Order?

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to My Account
  • Go to Order History
  • Click on the product you purchased
  • Click on 'Cancel Order'

Order can be canceled only before it is shipped or dispatched.
